LUKE CORBIN

Hey, I'm Luke Corbin, I'm a speculative fiction writer born and raised near Atlanta, Georgia. Recently, I've got into traveling, where I've gone as far away as California. I know, not anything crazy yet but I plan on changing that. Ever since I was a child I've had stories to tell. My writing symbolizes places I've been in my life and emotions I've felt. My creative mind and authentic personality can be felt all throughout my stories. I hope reading them brings you along this journey with me. I'm excited to have you.

WHO I AM

For most of my life I have been creating colorful and in-depth fantasy worlds, filled with incredible detail to bring them to life. It first started as a hobby of mine; something to direct my strong imagination toward, but I quickly learned I wanted it to become something more. I found writing the perfect way to continue doing what I loved, all the while being able to become successful by doing it. So, I started creating and writing stories when I was barely finished with middle school, and soon learned I loved that too.

Now, I'm an adult that enjoys this process just as much, if not more than I did when I was younger. I spend hours each day perfecting my stories and constructing elaborate worlds for them to go within.

As of this moment, all writing of mine is housed within the same universe, the Operium. It's a multi-world fantasy setting, where each planet has a unique story, while an overarching plot is taking place, binding them all together. Much similar to the great Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere, which I take a lot of inspiration. Not too much, however. My world is vastly different, being home to an array of powerful entities and people, all of which are just as detailed as the main characters of my planned series and novels.
